Best practices for animated interface textures on props?
For the prop I'm working on now, I wanted to render in Unreal, and also get some of the graphical elements animating. I wanted to make the two screens on this handheld animate. The middle touchpad section I wanted to act like an e-ink screen to display more data. None of these are interactive, just animated for show.… -

Nice work :) is there any emissive on the screen itself? If there is, crank it up even further, because there's not much screen glow, which would be a nice touch. -

I've never seen that the triangulation option inside Maya doesn't match with what you have at screen. Do you have an example? screen? -

I find it really hard to actually WORK on a screen that small. I suggest you try it in a store first if you can. (The screen of the sp2) -

i find it easiest to use on "Mouse Mode" instead of "screen mode" where it takes your screen area and translates that to the tablet drawing area. -

Looks like you could cut 16 in half and use that for 15, 16 & 17. (screen left of 16 looks like 15 and screen right looks like 17. -
