I do like my PS3 for these reasons: * Free online * Upgradeable HDD (any laptop HDD will do, I am rocking 180GB in mine for $60). * Better controller * And region free out the box * Plays all PS1 games :P @ odium - 360 does 720p/1080p out the box with the proper connection (VGA/HDMI) -

Yeah. We're talking about a fun $10 game. Not $60 waste of time. This is a 25 MB download, not a 25 GB install. The system requirements are...you know it doesn't matter. I was thinking the other day about industry vets who used to complain about 60 hour work weeks. I'm personally itching for that kind of opportunity. I want to stay late till 2am somewhere working with uber talented people. They say you learn more in 1 month on the inside than a whole year on your own. -

wow this is really cool, but i agree with the previous crit that some areas could be hardened up.. also maybe get some bolts or something going on, looks a little bare atm. really great though. my initial impression when i first saw it was that it was like 60 or 70 feet tall, not like 24 or so though.. -

UG does have a TON of tabs, and tabs really help build dexterity and stuff in the beginning, and i hate to say it but guitar pro helps a super lot, even with reading sheet music and bits of theory (it shows you scales and their construction, same for chords. guitar pro is about 60 bucks and can read lots of the tabs on… -

a UPS is there for those times when the power drops out for a few seconds and it's also there so you can save your work and shut down for an extended power failure, you'll spend around $60-$80 for a decent one. This won't solve your problem but a UPS is a good investment in the future if your computer is more than a game… -
