Looks stretched and lack structure. Try to switch perspective on and off when sculpting. Most portrait photo are nade with long focal length lens and the wide angle perspective in most 3D software is very counter intuitive imo I suggest you take a look at plates from Anatomy4sculptors and really try to nail those angle… -

the details within the straps are likely just going to create confusion and noise when viewed at game-play size (likely in the portrait as well) i suspect they'll just make all the straps seem thin and weak. Thanks Spoon, I was trying to maintain the simplicity of the illustration while adding more interest in places like the head for portrait shots.
