Exciting stuff. Unfortunately I bought Silo 1.42 before July 2005 so looks like I'll need to take the $59 upgrade option. Still worth it. Great that they finally sorted out the interface. Edit: The version I bought was actually Silo 1.3.

The Fade is totaly bad :( Also the Curve is fine, isn´t it? He fades, but not total dark and that i dont understand,because i give him 0.5 sec to be totaly dark. Now its more like Blue Police Light.
The problem is, im running a gtx 580 3gb. and as soon as i hit 10 000 polygons my whole system slows down. I mean really really really Slow down, i basically get 5 fps :S
Like this: Should be enough, I wasn't sure whether you had something to guide you other than "anime mercenary". Too tall for anime female character (about 0.5 heads taller, legs are longer, the rest fits fine).
regarding pressure, I know I absolutely noticed a difference back in 2005 when I moved from an old graphirre (256 levels, I think) to intuous ( 2048 ). I dunno how to describe it though...more accurate? smoother?
