Bear in mind that parallax mapping is pretty expensive, we actually disabled it on all of the shaders for PS3 and 360 on A:I because it was so expensive to render. -

I put the 360 & PS3 logo on to show that it's game engine ready, the assets could easily be used in the engines used, polycount & texture size -

Thanks, the nba street stuff isn't a render it's an in game shot taken by pressing x on the 360 controller. Or did you mean the older stuff? -
