Thanks man! I started with blocking in his cloth and go further with his 18th century wig. The first instance will be a fully clothed game model in t-pose. But the final entry will be in the same pose and unclothed state like my clay sculpture was. I will use only his thrown away clothes as somekind of a base for this…
Tonight progress: Adjusted the gloss (again), albedo, and all the eye textures. A few more stray stands of hair and a sanity check on the gloss work then I think he's done. Oh and the monogram gold stitching too. I'll start blocking out the scene next week... Note to self look up 19th century operating theaters.
actually totally forgot about aion, miragent quest chain to get the armour set. the pants part require you to craft an item The fail rate is spectacularly high which makes it spectacularly shit seeing as getting all the items together for a single craft can take a few weeks. my spiritmaster is on the 12th attempt.....…

As for Books: Digital Art Masters is a must for me, so much inspiration and insightviews on many cg related topics. The volumes still amaze me…
Just be warned that it's highly unlikely that is actually fully true. I've got a couple of friends who've been in and out of QA between jobs and it's not uncommon to work crazy hours, (not unlike most dev roles from what I've heard). I'll quote one of said friends FaceBook status from yesterday: 'awesome, 15th day at work…
More progress shots! A lot has changed since my last post, so let me know what you think. This is all still very WIP, but its getting closer to the kind of atmosphere I want for the final product. Lots of tweaks and detail props still to go, but at this rate I'll be able to finish by my deadline of the 14th. Crits and…
