A great start, looks like you've nailed a lot of the primary forms. Like Skinner3D said above, going to be a lot of fun getting the skin details in. I'm actually doing a dragon project and have been using lizards as reference, would be nice to get your opinion on it… -

What Two Listen said - better to have some variety in the types of stuff you're doing, can worry about posing later. I really dig the textured effect on the lizard guy - is this in Painter or PS? It'd be really interesting to see a bunch timelapses of people's drawings from this Sketchbook forum and see how people approach… -

Okay, next question, then... what kind of character models? We still don't know. I have a partially-made 2500-poly security guard for a mod that went nowhere, but it may not be what Brett needs. So what does he need? Armored space marines? Lizard men? Frankish warriors? Cartoon characters? Any of those? Doesn't matter?… -

how did i miss this? looks cool, i think people that dont like it are stupid and dumb and retarded and not really human but some sub species of lizard or some other cold blooded vermin. haha, really cool stuff, looks much more like the awesome concept art than the real models did. you get a winners prize. -

Really cool. Looks like he's taking on more of a lizard / komodo dragon form at the moment as opposed to being fishy. In A it looks like he's dragging his body around with his big arms. B and C look better, but his legs might need to be bigger to support his large upper body? Just a thought :) Look forward to seeing more -

Something about the overall colors could improved. I guess it is the amount of noise/loudness in the texture. He has a human skin tone base color, and on top of it black tribal tattoos, blood splatters, cuts, and white paint. The horse tail seems kind of out of place. Something like a devil, bull, lizard or rat tail might… -
