I managed to get the Tex Tools from that tutorial link. But I am not able to get UVTools 1.6 mentioned in that tutorial. Is there any alternative plug ins that I can use? Any suggestions? -

Sheeyt got him a lot lower than I expected. Probably be 11-12k tris with the emissive geo inside of him and the fire sprites. Shot is normals only in Marmoset (I LUB MARMOSET) -

Here's a couple more. I did these on a Celeron 1.7 with 128 MB of RAM on an ancient 21" monitor, in Open Canvas and Photoshop 7. It was a bitch. Oh and thanks for the wonderful discussion on Bonobos. Ya A-holes! -

You could definitely make your texture a lot smaller. You could probably get it down to a 128/256, especially seeming as it is so low poly. I really like your colour choice though, nice stuff!
