I've been paying attention to this game for a while now, and yesterday, the first trailer was posted at Rock Paper, Shotgun. What the game is actually about is up for discussion, but holy fuck, the art. http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2008/10/15/love-video/
seems to be around the year 2008, Wacom fought with Hanvon, so if you want a battery free version I would suggest you look at this one; Hanvon SenTIP 1201WD
I did dodge a bullet, in 2008 the housing market crashed and that place that wanted to hire me shut down - so even less people where paying for 3d vis.
"and here we have homeworld, let's put the starting bid at low low 500 000 dollarz" POW! Right in the kisser and the funded money is used to pay rent instead.
Don't know...reinstall...could be an Graphic Driver Issue...I had the same problem on one mashine once (2008), but couldn't resolve it...I used 'Shell' as a workaround :D
The default is 1. If 0.8 looks correct, then I would suggest staying with that, unless you want to add that correction to your Substance so the multiply doesn't need to happen in shader.
For anyone that was interested, my skinning tool is now available in creative crash. It is compiled in 2010 32bit/64bit (thanks Dr_Bob) The source is included, and should compile fine in 2008/2009.
I recommend getting 2009 if you want the shadows working decently. They instantly crashed Max 2008 64bit in my case (32bit worked but they're just plain flakey)
