Seconding the last two inputs, The dirt on the base looks more like dust, and i guess that is because its color is so bright, maybe try putting something more dark in there and adjust the roughness so it creates contrast between the gold surface and dirt. Yeah, you created the normals in crazy bump. A wood bench, like the one provided, does not have the bumps and mounds like that one. Unless its water damaged but even then, water damage warps the wood, not create mounds like that in the wood (it may, im sure someone out their can prove me wrong :P ). If you want that wood… -

You need to do more with your normalmaps. Try your hand at some organic highpoly modeling. The statue would really benefit from better normals. Or you could do a beat-up highpoly version of the locker and redo your spec map (try some color in it, look at tinmans stuff) to see the technque in use. All of your work still… -
