i feel like his shoulder piece looks a bit Mayan. and a lot of other pieces more organic. i suggest changing that up for an octopus that latches into him :)
It looks cool. But its rather dark so you're loosing a lot of detail. Specifically the barnacles and octopus are being lost in the dark wood. I would lighten that up a bit :)
any of you guys go diving? any cool stories or interactions? Finally saw my first Octopus and super excited about it. anyway, Im up in Seattle if anyone wants to dive Puget Sound, let me know.
Lovely work yet again. Really like the octopus pattern! I still can't get over how you do a different pattern for each corresponding winter vehicle. Amazing.
Hiya! I'm back with some fresh food. Did some studies recently and this is my newest from yesterday. Some Nigiri and Octopus Sushi! All Handpainted diffuse. It's on Sketchfab too! https://skfb.ly/6yx6N
concepts update, been a little busy at work so not as much progress as i would of liked, still progressing though :) . Not sure where the octopus character would fit in, but i kinda like it.
It's a shame, really. Tidehunter needs an octopus moustache! :poly124: I do like the ray better though, it looks enough like a hood that it works as equipment without looking like a comedy item.
I love the octopus theme, but the human skull and teeth are giving it more of a DnD beholder vibe (also cool, but not as in line with you stated intent. Either way, it's a great start, cant wait to see it go further.
Looks pretty cool but I'd brighten up the king to make him more pronounced as the focal point: Also I think the octopus could use a bit more love as it's looking pretty mushy.
