You should also look into other aspects of your life that can have an impact in your eyes. Are you sleeping enough? Are you eating healthy and not skipping meals, or maybe are you burn out with stress? Additionally, there's that "20 20 20" rest rule from eye doctors. Every 20 minutes you look at things at least 20 feet… -
