Indeed we are planning on shipping PBR materials from gametextures.com with both Substance Designer and Substance Painter. On top of that we are working on some cool new features for SP that will allow us to provide complex material templates like the ones you are referring to.
Added your substance to the orginal post. I'm hoping we get a large set together in a few months that we can zip up to make a large library. If anyone has any requests or suggestions for substances, feel free to post requests.

Arvin, there any chance i can look at a SS of howe you put that substance together? also, if i want to make the substance i make in SD smaller in Painter is the best way just to use the scale 2D node in SD and re export it?
