Had fun streaming last night! I guess I can post these here now since they're public, but we're going to be including some custom animations with this tusk weapon we're working on! A new loadout animation, and new headbutting attack animation! Im saving the second for when we submit tonight! :)
Yay, finished the *fun* of rigging that damn mount so its legs won't deform terribly with its animations. Still a lot of tweaks to be done in the masks, and I noticed I'll have to make room to a backface in that collar thing in the pauldron, but that's pretty much it for the mount/armor. Now to the weapon slots :q Nooova,…
Here's a Clockwerk set I finished with Drysocket this week! The other head is the "default", but I'm linking to the other one cause we like it better v: This one was kind of a beatdown on some parts, not totally sure why, but designing for the Keen Folk heroes is by far the most fun for me. Here's a turnaround and…
the sideburns are super cute! It doesnt feel like PA would be too concerned about expressing her femininity anyway I think the sculpt could use some work to get a more natural flow of the hair as it's a little sterile/stiff, but the style is cute and fun which seems to fit the set's theme (and PA's character!)
Made a skeleton king crown. Not to sure how i feel about it now, but hey was fun working with gold and gems. and some motion [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAUWwyQQnUc&feature=plcp"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAUWwyQQnUc&feature=plcp[/ame] Frump, thats some fine low poly chain!
No feelings hurt, this is my second atempt on any item, so I'm just glad to take the experience with me. And I need it, haven't thouched 3D for 8 years, just thought it would be fun to rejoice my old thing :D Anyways here's what i tried with the wings, still no masks done on anything.
We call this the Crimson Slice! Concept came from the ever mysterious Rob. Anwar Bey-Taylor created the Model, textures and materials. Chay Johansson did all the in game set up and rig. This piece was really fun. It is currently in the workshop here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/… Head over and vote it…
Well, after seemingly running into what seemed liked EVERY conceivable problem in the DOTA2 pipeline, I've finally got my first items up on the workshop. Woop! It was great fun overall, and really pushed me to remember some of those old-school ultra low poly count, ultra-low texture size tricks :) I had a tonne of fun…
Looking sharp (literally)! Nessaj looks like great fun to model for, I really love his pallet. For now it's just some Necrolyte for me. Finished Heartstopper. I'm not very good at rendering it like it's in-game though. If you download one of the character model ZIPs from the Workshop technical requirements page, they're in…
Been having a bit of fun with a Kunkka set at the moment, here's some progress shots. There's Persian-ish influence on most of these items for a set while still retaining his admiral of the sea background. I did the mask today, and attempted to make a hood for him but my zbrush, cloth sculpting ability and brain were not…
