Allright... I've had a little time to make a couple updates... I ditched the base photo texture, and painted it by hand. Also, I changed the color scheme. I felt like that much red was really overpowering, and as a background prop, drew way to much attention. And here's the repainted base texture: -

Adding texture added a lot of age to her, I think there is too much color/texture in it, so I will repaint it to make it look more 'young'. Photoprojection and repainting. Cheating, but it'll do. -

hehe, I've just been repainting the eyes to something like that too. Looking more at gigers work, his eyes, noses, mouths etc have twisted qualities to them I'm never noticed before, a carved mechanical look too them. I've repainted the nose a couple of times with something more realistic but I just default back to the… -

Vig - thanks, yeah, turns out the medium was too old. Apparently one of the ingredients slowly oxidizes in the bottle if there's much air inside it, and that's what happened. Always keep your acrylic medium in small bottles with only a little room for air kids! Zipfinator - Hah, thanks, and be careful what you wish for…
