i disagree completely, when you use proper maps and good settings it looks great. go play uncharted 2, or read the white paper, i would say currently for its cost is the best way to attempt SSS in "real time" this is using the same method, just took this from maya... ****see one post down*****
Quick update Felipe - Look at the chords and tell me what you think are they straight enough? haven't made all of them only 2 and the real pain was modeling the pickups i couldn't get them rounded on the edges without having the screw holes interfere but finaly got it well tell me what you think so far

For whatever reason (maybe I just need to remap my controls or something?) I have a very hard time with the ctrl/z/x/c control scheme. outside of 2 buttons on my left hand I have a very hard time with these sorts of setups, I always had a lot of issues with ROM emulation and such as well.

Cool another MSU... I might do a character for phase 2, it's been a while since I did a game character, would be cool to see what animation can do in this generation. :D I hope they haven't upped the animation count to some rediculous amount though, the 80 or so in the previous generation was a quite steep already. :)
