[hardware] I think my c drive is failing.
this month I've had a view BSODs. blue screen view doesnt seem to detct the dump files of the BSODs. c:drive is a 120gb SSD. its about 5 years old. So I gave this thing a whirl today. Tested out the standalone first and It looks pretty promising! However I didn't notice a big speed improvement compared to a normal raytracer, the crystal objects scene was running for 24 minutes and was roughly 1/3 done. Is this normal? DS here too, it has emulators aswell, you just have to get a flash cart, can approximately do everything the psp can (movies, mp3 player, loads of games are ported on it, the homebrew scene is quite active too (but it's the same on psp) for the games, viewtiful joe is indeed really good, metroid prime hunters is cool too… -
