this month I've had a view BSODs. blue screen view doesnt seem to detct the dump files of the BSODs.
c:drive is a 120gb SSD. its about 5 years old. Crystal disk says its 'good'
last week, I backed up my windows drives using that windows backup thing. that made a file on a hdd disk I dont currently use.
I made sure all my work from this week backed up on other drives.
So if I was to purchase a new hard disk, put that in my PC, remove the other disks, do a boot start up thing, connect the CD drive, insert the windows 7 cd, when promted connected the harddisk which has the windows backup, reinstall everything and then just carry on like normal a few hundred dollars poor than when I started?
have I missed anything?
