Packing or channel packing. Swizzle is the ability to change a normal maps XYZ to be in a different order/orientation, i.e. X+Y+Z+ to X+Y-Z+ or Z+Y-X- etc. -

Swizzle/Handedness: this is your XYZ orientation and doesn't have anything to do with the baker being synced or not, every engine simply does it one way or the other; -Y or +Y. B. Gonna have to echo all that bounch said. But in addition to subtool folder, maybe just a better subtool UI in general. Also, finer control over mirror axis. Sculpting with mirror on an angle that's not parallel to the XYZ axis would be the bee's knees
