There is no native feature for that, but you should be able to copy/replicate a mask into a fill layer. Then just create two fill layers, one being white, the other black and you will get your mask.
thanks paroxum! you wouldn't be able to post a screenshot of your settings would you :$, i'm trying my hardest and I can't replicate it, it's more square and chiseled, and not so lumpy... arghhhh
Thanks for the info and help, I will try to freestyle it. When working from concept is it expected of you to replicated it 100% in form and measurements, or to just capture the overall aesthetic and intent of the original concept art?
Studying Games Art at the University of Herts; my corner room scene project is based on a scene from the Great Gatsby. This movie has some seriously beautiful set design and hopefully I can replicate some of it :)
Must've been a fluke then. If I ever replicate it I'll post what I did on here and on the Autodesk forums. It's quite strange most likely a bug in 2020. Since there is no information on this happening whatsoever
Yeah thats Unity. Also, whats with the "must see"? It isn't super interesting. Gameplay programmers, or even blueprint scripters (in case of ue) knows how to replicate already existing gameplay mechanics.
Can you clarify more Noors? I'm applying the modifier to the object, choosing Face...then what? There's no "Apply" button or anything that I can so. What steps am I missing to replicate this?
The calibration profile settings. I can't remember which one is the default one (I'm trying to replicate something I created with the default profile). Tried reinstalling but the preferences don't get reset.
Update! And some sketches & doodly stuff/WIPs: Lastly, Tom Scholes uploaded a .psd showing some stuff he's been doing lately, tried replicating some of the same style, for fun:
