when faces are missing / corrupted like that it usually means you have reached the max vertex count. all those hard edges are producing an enormous amount of vetices. try smoothing the normals on your mesh and it'll probably work.

Two things that I really like in this one is that it could allow for some good verical action (or at the very least a good king of the hill map), and it looks like it'd work pretty well with using the grappling hook from the chaosUT mod.
nice work! i think its missing some construction details horozontally. You have alot of virtical connection details but not much in the way of horizontal.
