Great start, this already feels well-planned. =) Your references will really pay off once you move into detailing and lighting. Sticking to greybox at this stage is a smart choice, it helps lock in composition and scale before committing to assets and materials.

orcs from warhammer are very messy alot of rusty used weapons with alot of scratches on them i like your model but its alittle bit too "clean" for orcs from warhammer :P

They did an amazing job on the human armour. But ya. Something about mixing the real humans with CG orcs. Or in that one case, what seems to be a human female in orc makeup. Just a little uncanny for my taste.
