Hey guys... between working fulltime and whatnot, I hardly get any time to work on personal stuff, but I needed a little break this weekend, so I started something new! Dunno how long it will take before I get to start UVing and texturing this bad boy, but I knocked out this modeling over the weekend. Check it out and…
Hey guys.. Im starting on another at home model for when I'm not at work... This time, it's a little critter from Creaturebox, Regina: really low blockout phase and a bit of sculpty time on her:
I really love CreatureBox art so, every now and then I'm going to do some of their stuff. This is my first one I finished over the weekend. I know I could have kept tweaking it as the proportions are not exact...but I just wanted to do this for fun and practice. So I'm moving on. :) Basemesh was created in Max, Sculpted…
Hi! I started this project last year in an attempt to learn some character sculpting as I mainly work on environmental assets and realistic props as a job. Its been constantly on the backburner due to IRL stuff and now I'd like to share my current progress. I plan on getting this 3D printed when finished, if its good…
Started this as a quick sketch whilst at lunch after a really bad morning :) it expressed my mood entirely... I decided to turn it into a game ready character, haven't got much expertise when it comes to characters as I'm a prop Artist so am always hoping for critique to push it. Concept by Greg Baldwin (webpage found…
Inspired by the spry game coming out.Originally it was supposed to be a print, but never got around to actually printing it.I think it turned out nice thou. Hope you guys like it and feel free to critic anything.
I'm sculpting this nice concept from creaturebox. The plan is make a low poly version to show with sketchfab or another realtime viewer. I still have to perfectly match camera and proportions... but I think Maya is more suited for this task (imageplane + multiple cameras). Here is the concept
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1501595172/creaturebox-the-monster-volume I think I'm gonna have to back this as it's very awesome art and I love the style. However 40 dollars for shipping and 35 for the book isn't a very smart investment for us internationals so I'm still on the fence.
I’m a big fan of CreatureBox, so I really wanted to take one of their designs into a completed real time model. You can see the concept I worked from here: https://twitter.com/CreatureBox/status/789860276862607360 You can also see the model on Artstation in the marmoset viewer. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/L2RZeK…
Hey Guys, I came across this site on polycount where they make cool monster concepts. This robot intrigued me and I've decided to make it into a 3D model! Here's where I'll show my progress.. Concept Progress #1
