Greetings guys and girls! So this is a little study i did last week to practice semi-realistic/stylized characteristics. It's my first attempt so i would really like some feedback and any kind of tips are highly appreciated!(Artstation post: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/zNvlZ)
Ok, i'm not very good at looking at a picture and saying "That looks like...." so, can you guys try to help me? i'm trying to figure out who's likeness Jaina Solo (star wars) has. i'm assuming it's someone who would look like Carrey Fisher, and Harrison Ford. but i could be wrong. any guesses? here's a collage i found on…
Anniversary of Kurts detah is around the corner and a beatifull thing would be to ressurect Cobain as UT 2004 charter. I made a head and unwraped it. But texturing it, is beyond my artisic talent so I am looking for Nirvana fan to help me out on this one. You know you are right !
Hey I found this site and I just wanted to share it it's pretty insane the pictures: http://www.robophot.com/portraits/ example: If anyone else know any other sites with images of this quality please tell.
Your basic edge flow is pretty far from ideal. Also, your mesh isn't very even and could use a lot more density. You want even quads and lines that flow smoothly. If you google image search "face topology" you will see a lot of results showing the direction you should try to move in.
1. Where is your concept and/or reference for this face? 2. Do you have ZBrush? Or a similar sculpting package? Understandably the assignment says to box model this, but you might be able to get more awesome out of the head by sculpting into it. 3. Topology seems fine here, I think. Keep going with the ears, I guess.
Triangulate the mesh maybe? I'm not sure if if the vector text to polygons has made an ngon for the top face giving that shape such as O, I remember getting similar problems when I booleaned a plane few years ago. If you had a way to rebuild the mesh like dynamesh or blenders equivalent that might fix the problem.
Hello, guys. First post here but read many. Currently I am making an arc and when it's time to create the normals for it Xnormals keeps on giving me backface hits even though all normals are as they should. I tried substance as well but things are much better either. First is Xnormal second is Substance designer bake
