VideoCard- GeForce 9600 GT I have problems with painting textures in such programs like Mari(very slow) Mudbox(refuse to instal) nDo,dDo(always crashes) Zbrush,Maya work good. Do I have problem with my Video Card or it is OK?
I made a thread trying to figure out how to select newly created geometry automatically, but no bites yet: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=96094 Max lets you just shift-lmb drag to do the same thing.
Runs surprisingly well on my laptop (ath 64 3000 with ati mobile 9600 64mb). Despite everything set to low, still looks pretty. Will have to try online matches when I get a free evening.
I have an ATI 5770 on one computer, and an Nvidia 9600GT on another, and I can't tell any sort of difference in the viewport in Max/zBrush. I'm having the same small problems on both, and similar performance, although somewhat better on the 5770 as it's higher-end than the 9600.
If you're looking at 3D development work you're not really going to get that much life from any battery really so I'd look at other features. If the 9600 is the same price as the 8600 recheck the specs to make sure they've not limited features to keep the price the same.
So i try to render sequence in PNG format. Frames looks very good but looks like my pc can render faster coz it only use 20% of GPU and CPU. How can i set up Marmoset for more efficient use of hardware? Ryzen 5 2600, GTX 1660 ti 6GB, ddr4 32 GB, ssd m.2 samsung 960 evo, psu 600w
Hi aurelm, yes that might be the problem, I tried the scene on my 64bit rig and the scene runs very well without any crash, so it might be software related. - 3dsmax 2012 x64 - 4Gb Ram - AMD Phenom 3.2Ghz - Nvidia 9600 GT
Noors, You are right, but the problem in this case is that the parameter given to the include command cannot be a variable. Include's only intended use is to break up large files. http://docs.autodesk.com/3DSMAX/16/ENU/MAXScript-Help/files/GUID-1CF90959-B604-45F9-8552-7680F535BF50.htm
Exactly why I wouldnt upgrade from windows vista to windows 7.......for the moment atleast. Go to Settings / Control Panel and find your Nvidia GTX 9600 driver icon and check what settings its running on? Along with your plug and play settings for your fan.
