I am trying out the demo version and unfortunately it seems the UVs are nuked in the process. However this tool does a pretty damn good job at reducing polies and will save me time even if I have to redo UVs on the new, Quad Remeshed lowpoly. -

^ lol I think you're right. I forgot about season 6 though, that one was great. I NEVER expected that they'd actually let the nuke go off in L.A - one of my big "OH SHIT!" moments in the series. Very cool :) -

Witchhunts like these are deeply satisfying on a schadenfreude level, but rather frightening at how quickly this shit can snowball and potentially nuke this guy's career. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to be busted and to be blacklisted if he's stealing work like this, but its scary none-the-less. -

Wow thanks a lot for that, you were right, I had it to overlay and it nuked my blue. At some point I did do the levels to 127 thing, but then I thought, this doesn't look right, forgot that I also had to normalize it. It looks a lot better now -

Some VFX studios in London are only taking on people with Modo skills in their repertoire. I guess the way The Foundry has now dominated the compositing world with Nuke they are now on the hunt for 3D software domination. Maybe Autodesk will buy it out and crash it into a cliff like XSI :( -

I get that stylization of the back arch is a big thing these days, but the nude figure here doesn't appear to adhere to the more reserved proportions in the concept art. I'm not gonna make a call one way or the other about giving her slimmer, sexier proportions, but there's some wonky anatomy in the nude version and her…
