I think modelling that armour suit just straight would be hard for anyone. A better way would be to model anatomically correct human and then build the suit and its pieces around him. -

I just noticed this problem is pretty evident in mass effect 2. The cerberous armour has this banding showing pretty clearly across the visor. Guess Bioware didnt find a fix :) -

the wraps or armour on his forearms looks a bit strange, not sure what exactly that is. His skin is super saturated, maybe thats the style your going for but I think the lightest parts of the skin could be less saturated. -
