My GTX470 works fine. I wouldn't get a x60 or x20, make sure to get x70 up, like 470 or 570 or more. the 460 and 560 are way lower speed compared to the first ones.
so I am in the market for a newish video card. my current RTX 2070 ( 8GB) is getting a little dated. I was thinking of either a 4080 or 4090. Could get a 4080 for around £400( $530) The 4090 will be around £700( $926) . is there really that much difference between the two?
It really depends on your budget, I don't live AMD anymore because of the drivers and other issues I came across I got a GTX 680 and was glad I spent the money. The GTX 670 came out (hard to get cause of stock) but thats possible, or a 570 or like Sean posted a 560ti. Can't go wrong with those.
