Question regarding the rules, mainly this: *Upon completion, supply 2 images of your model in-engine. Does "in-engine" include only per-se game engines or can we use Sketchfab or Marmoset Toolbag?
Buzz describes how to do that (including importing the skeleton) in PLE so I believe there has to be a way. Is there a PSK importer for Maya? The PSKs can be found on the last game disc (3 in 2003, 6 in 2004).
Hey - Not to be difficult, but you should probably work on it a little before looking for input. Maybe you could include your reference as well. That way we can at least know where you're coming from.
just drag the MZP file again in the viewport, there should be a big Uninstall button. That one swipes everything ever created by TexTools (including macroscript shortcuts caused by max and temporary Max/Win generated files).
I'll upload a quicktime file to download now, I'm afraid I don't have any idea how to make it slow mo or include frame count atm (although quicktime has one built in).
Its also a bit hard to picture how this is going to look all put together. Do you think you could post a shot or 2 of the whole thing including all the textured and untextured parts?
hmmm, maybe you could do a bunch of nice skyboxes out of this 360° stuff, too bad the top isn't included and the resolution is quite low. But with some artistic talent it would be possible I guess.
Really? Including Japan's? This whole thread stinks of "We don't need no education". Anyone remember that South Park home school episode, and the sister turning into a total slut when she got into normal school?
It's like they included every feature they ever thought of, and never cut a single one of them for reasons like, we dont have time, or its too hard, or its too weird. They fucking kept EVERYTHING.
"Lead Environment Artist" Right now, you're an environment artist looking to fill in a lead role. And, while you may have that that role in the past, including it on the site comes off a bit presumptuous. /2 cents
