seriously this game is awesome. it has the randomness of fallout 3 but its gta, in the wild west. its so fun and looks gorgeous. for the amount of flat land they have there is always something to find and ride out to. im never going to get any work done now
Ok so... taking everything that has been said into account, I'm going to take my blog of and make it a strictly portfolio website. Microneezia: It is "Mighty Render". My xbox got the e74 error though... so it is Fallout 3 and GTA IV PC for me.
A what-if concept of a jet propelled plane inspired by the stagnated cultural progression that exists in Fallout. I've been referring to mostly WWII/racing aircraft for the overall aesthetic while incorporating some more modern tech, such as the turbine. It's clearly still WIP but I'd like to get some input as I go along.
Hi everyone, I'm working on characters for my portfolio. At this point I made male, fallout style armor and working on female charakter (clothing inspired by vindictus concept art http://www.vindictuswiki.com/wiki/Fi...oncept_Art.png ) Be thankful for any opinions. Hope with your help I build up proper portfolio :)
Visceral - Thanks! Snader - Yeah, the nail heads and blade cutouts are one of the first things I noticed when I finished it. I mainly made this as a personal to learn how to bake a normal map and texture (and possibly learn how to put something into a game engine), so I never went back and fixed my modeling errors. I know…
gonna dump some work that I've done this year. Little silly shotgun that I wanted to mod into fallout A flare gun sketch EEVEE viewport screen. Did some little procedural textures on this one. This one I did in modo about half a year ago I think
Alec asked me to take a look at different tangent spaces for Beth games, so here's a test in Fallout: New Vegas. Baked with a single smoothing group. http://youtu.be/JYdGi3UDRBA Still comparison: Actual release version with SGs split at UV breaks, baked straight in 3ds max:
It's getting a lot / too much attention... people jumping on either side of the argument for whatever reason. It's an interesting choice, it'll be interesting to play but the likely fallout - thats already starting - is just gunna grind my balls haha. Then again, id probably be interested in having a city like Rapsody.
Apparently 2000+ mods have now been removed from the Nexus for various reasons. SKYUI has gone paid, which means a very significant number (hundreds?) of previously free mods that rely on it are stuck behind a paywall they have no control over. That's quite some fallout.
xk0be gets what I'm walking about. In fallout 3 does shooting someones head off in slow mo make the game better? not really it just slows down the flow, of course its fun to do every once in a while, but VATS hurts the game overall.
