Daz, it is definitly. Its a very tricky shader effect. You can see the SSS on the UT2006/7 shots too (The ears of melcom for example) However, gears of war looks awesome, really like the style. Though I cant stand this lately more and more upcoming blooming overkill....and purple blooming argh! -
