This is why I believe that some kind of agency/reps are necessary for 3D artists. Storyboard artists have agencies. Concept artists often rely on reps to find works. Why not us? Maybe paying 10% commissions worth it. -

Semantics again. Many famous paintings hanging in galleries around the world were originally done as commission pieces. Does this mean they aren't art? Is the roof of the Sistene Chapel in Rome not art because the church paid Michelangelo to paint it? -

Just got my first commission off there a few days ago after posting at the beginning of the month and updating it on the 18th. That's fairly quick for still being new to the forums in my opinion, but I may have gotten lucky. -

First time I get a comission : DD Had a lot of thought on the eagle , not entirely happy with it yet but I guess I'm just lacking the experience as of right now when it comes to designing exaggerated characters.
