bought a macbook pro (after coming from Thinkpads) in 2010 and I just love the screen. Keyboard is nice too. Yesterday I made the character's rig, and sculpted the sword. AS always my rigs are made with Blender's addon Rigify. The automatic weight tool it not perfects but it saves me lots of time on the skinning process. It also comes with an eye rig! Also, don't forget to move that hips! Imported the pose on Marmoset! Baked! I'm counting the scope as an addon and gave it its own texture. The rifle and scope uses a 1024x2048 texture each. I'm probably going to resize the scope texture later. I'm going to add smaller normal map details such as text, symbols and dents with nDo in Photoshop. A really grey pic from Maya viewport 2.0 -

Mod Tools didnt come with anything apart from the Valve Addon. Im looking thru i3d now, I need the absolute basics as what little 3d exp. I have isnt cutting it :) I just got a student license for 3DS Max, I presume thats better as most people seem to use it. -

Blender > Marmoset > SP > Unity (URP)
Sup guys :) Have a problems with normal maps in Unity. Pipeline are: Blender -> Marmoset, where i bake normals with flipped Y -> SP where project are set to OpenGL.
