It's not a colossal sum for a triple A, but it's going to really sting when their previous game was in development hell for something like a decade, fairly overbudget and released to moderately poor reception.

Fully dynamic lighting, improved Kismet, and boatloads of particles. That's about sums up everything I got from that article. I'd like to see how accurate of water simulation can be achieved now.
