I'm struggling to understand how the boney landmarks and muscles influence the shape of the back, was wondering if some of you got some helpful tips and/or references? Also any critique on the sculpt is highly appreciated, I used mixed reference from all over the place, so i'm unable to post the reference material for…
Is there a way to export Wraith King items without using the Skeleton King slot? The tech requirements are different & I'm unable to export a LOD0 because it 'has too many tris' despite being 50 under the WK limit. Obviously can't do it manually because Modo SE doesn't let us do FBX exports. Thanks.

Game of Thrones will be good until they hit book 2 then it will just piss me off. GRRM is a great writer. I have never hated a writer so much for what he's done to characters and been unable to put down a book; until I read the Fire and Ice series
I'm rather proud, it's been a long time since I've tried to do landscape painting. I'm usually very intimidated by it because of how difficult it seems, and my inability to tell distance makes it even harder. I'm hoping to do more of these things as I move on with my career.
The error message has nothing to do with the polycount of your mesh. As the message explain, you tried to bake a color map (probably the ID map) with as input the vertex color, however the baker is unable to find them. Are you sure you exported vertex colors on the mesh you are trying to bake ?
Well, photoshop normals just aren't accurate enough. Besides, I'll undoubtedly run into another issue down the road, where there's some complex shape I need to create. I need to muscle over these inabilities in my high end modeling - how else can I learn it?
Hey guys, I'm trying to bake a AO map in Max 2009, but I'm having an odd issue. I place my skylight, but in the settings for the skylight, I'm unable to check the "cast shadows" box. Any reason why this would be? I feel like I must have some setting turned off or something...
Hey everyone, Unfortunately the group I initially intended to goto GDC with are unable to go so I was wondering if anyone here either has room for one more person to room with or if I could try to organize a group. PM me if anyone could help me out or is interested. Thanks P.S.: I don't snore =p
What about using crease amounts when in edge selection mode? I am unable to see your linked dropbox images due to my firewall at work, but by increasing your crease amount on a selected edge will harden it similar to adding a chamfer. Might be a useful alternative?
