http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/UnrealFrontend.html UnrealFrontend was an other way to launch the game and the editor, great for compiling and quick testing. But now it is not very attractive since the iOS update. So I use the UDKfrontend (link above).
hi, I am working on an IOS game and need an environment artist who can create and texture stylised art . if you are interested please send me a PM thank you
A high transfer rate is good but If the vram is too small, the transfer rate wont help. I'm curious what RTX IO will be used for in the future, maybe it will help with memory size limits.
For the cost of a meal at Taco Bell you can help a lone wolf developer make his dream game. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/jamesarndt/super-kart-racing-for-ios-and-android
I'm not expecting a UE4 UDK any time soon. If you're not working on iOS, quite probably not. There are no release notes to compare though, so who knows what has actually changed.
Would make sense to port to OSX, as more and more 3D titles are appearing on iOS. Cinema4D support for Unity is a little borked, native 3DS MAX would certainly be a refreshing solution.
I make ios games and this looks great but I doubt it would run well on a mobile device, would there be any easy way of making a lower level of detail version for mobile?
Marmoset Viewer model disappear after full load.. tested on chrome, safari and firefox. This only happens on ios devices though, on android everything shows up. What could be the cause? anyone facing this problem?
Cactus, Havok has a new product out called Project Anarchy. This would be perfect for that and includes a tone map filter that has motion blur. Best of all it is free fro ios, android, and tizen: http://www.projectanarchy.com/
This isn't exactly the same thing as the Exquisite Corpse game, though it has similarities. There's probably some pretty easy money to be made for someone who threw together a proper version that did the sectional drawings as an IOS app.
