Marmoset Viewer model disappear after full load

Marmoset Viewer model disappear after full load.. tested on chrome, safari and firefox.
This only happens on ios devices though, on android everything shows up.

What could be the cause? anyone facing this problem?

Does this happen with all scenes or just a specific scene? If it's crashing on mobile it might be that the memory use is too high for your phone. You could try exporting at a lower quality setting.
