Okay, and what can I do when I ahve random flipped faces in my mesh that i can't really see in 3dsmax but when exporting in cry engine 2 they get vissible because they're invisible then?unify normals script didn't do the trick for me...
right. also, do we really think blur or blizzard cinematic output is up to the standards of the big screen? i'd say their stuff definitely works for what they are doing but it seems still a far cry in visual quality, especially in terms of believable animation, from the big fx houses.

You must go to the dagobah system. Also those mod communities like JadeEyePanda said... Skyrim etc. you have UDK and Cry for free too.... there are just endless resources you can pull from to get this done, no joke. Still, I would go to the dagobah system.
Just be clear and label what's what, so there is no risk of uncertainty. Your work is good and I think you should scaled down the 'graphic design' emphasis and just let you work step forward and do all the talking. Also you text alignment makes me cry.
Looks like a great model and bake dude, it's crying out for colour though! Have you thought of camo or tactical colour schemes/decals? I'm also with BARDLER - you should really be using photoshop to texture your hard surface work. At the end of the day it's just more efficient.
