116 Tri's 512x128 Diffuse/Normals/Specular I've got a problem where i try and use the directx metalbump 9 in the viewport, this is what happens: this has never happened before, how do i fix it?
I agree that viewing distance will obviously matter. But I do want the picture to be the highest quality possible. Especially when I'm going to be spending 130 dollars on a print :)
First low poly in UDK. Quite a few baking errors and a big seam. Couple more rebakes and then starting on the texture, wire coming next post! 13k tris:
Thanks Dustinmaertz for letting us know! For the record I bumped into the issue once with 1.6 (masks becoming half-res) but as of 1.7 this should now be permanently fixed. - Teddy
Hmm, this was an issue we faced in earlier versions and this is the first time I´ve seen it lately, does it help if you do a clean install and upgrade to version 1.6?
