Krita doesn't dither by default. I recommend working with 16 bits integer at all times within Krita for normal maps and using your engine to do the conversion to 8-bit. Could do both, generally you can detect mobile with a little JavaScript, and serve it different CSS, that works better with the small screen. Than for desktop give with something bigger, like a width of 1280. Though just as a noet, even know my display is 1920x1080, I never run my browser full screen, and keep it windowed.… -
