Looking good. Personally I would always spend more money on the CPU than the gpu, since the CPU is going to be a limiting factor over a longer period of time, while the gpu is upgrade able. For next-gen you can almost certainly afford polys to even cut in sections for where bricks are missing or whatever on the corners, i would chamfer them also as mentioned above.
