hey man most of your stuff is looking nice, your girl model tho could be alot less dense in the general nip area :) also the anatomy on her is a bit off, but girls are tricky so keep workin on em! dig the truck btw
And another one! This time a study of a piece by John Singer Sargent. I think I might do some landscapes or more body anatomy studies next... does anyone have any recommendations? Head of a Capri Girl by John Singer Sargent, study:
Hi, good job on these pieces of art. I'd recomend to polish a little bit your anatomy and look at your overall proportions. Turtle's legs are bigger than they should above the knees. And your second humanoid with the wolf hood seems kind of stretched vertically.
Some nails, some more work on the ears and head, redid the eyes (he didnt have eye sockets before). And double checking my dog anatomy because some parts are not working as I would like. For example his right front leg :)
Yeah, like Brian said, we need to know where you're taking this. On another note, do you have any images of her without clothing so we can get an idea of the underlying anatomy? Are you going realistic with this or some stylisation?
Hey dude, lookin great! Unfortunately I think you're losing some of the gnarly anatomy detail youve got going on when you've baked. Particularly around the jaw and forehead. This might be down to your low poly. Lookin forward to where this goes :)
the anatomy looks solid. the clothing looks very very unpolished and is bringing down your entire piece in terms of over all quality. can you post a close up of the face and be more specific or point out what problems you are talking about.
Ahh, I see. Well I am far from an established artist, but I would try to work on realistic anatomy studies first. What I ment by "bigger shapes" is for example the silhouette of the head, which is very far from anatomical correct.
cupsster, Dylan - Thanks!! lalalala LIFE DRAWING! :D Some wonky anatomies . . . also I'm too slow to fit in the hands, feet, and face most of the time D: imo that stuff really grounds the figure and makes it come to life. MUSS PRACTICE MORE!!
It opened for me OK, using firefox. The waspy aspects have a 'stuck on' look, I think you could have gone a little more alien with your base model, and still keep her attractive. The anatomy is a bit simplistic, intentionally cartoony maybe?
