Inspired from Half Life, I used one of the original concepts created by Valve as the starting point. https://www.artstation.com/tar2613 I took some pictures during the process of creating it: The concept that I initially used (by Valve):
Sorry guys job FILLED. Sorry for everyone I didn't get back too the response was huge. The initial job is a character model and a few items of clothing and armour, if I like what I receive there will be further work.
The body is hidden at the moment. This is subd level 4.is this an ok start? And how do I pile on more clay if I discover I don't have enough?zbrush is just pushing the clay from my initial zspheres model.
Hello all. I will be entering with my friend Tim. I will be constructing a Halberd, and he will be creating the helmet. We decided on a Kraken theme. Here are some references we liked, and some initial sketches.
Personal project that I decided to do. A groot diorama that I will do for 3d printing in the future for now it will only be a 3d sculpture.I'm working on the initial blocking of everything before the detailing My Artstation: https://www.artstation.com/artist/charart
Here is a wip of PA weapon. After trying many shapes in top to bottom view, I decided to make something like a sword. I think about making retopology today and make some initial textures tomorrow.
Initial concept design whipped up by my mate Primrose: http://polycount.com/discussion/169117/primrose-wip-weapon-skins-and-collaborations ---------- Very early start - getting a feel for the design in 3d.
Here's a script that will read through a text file, use line breaks as a delimiter, and show each line associated with timeline frame, starting from 0. Useful for synching animations with dialog or notes, which is really hard to do if your text is in a separate app. It's crazy that maya doesn't seem to have any native way…
i wish that the UI´s didnt have so much clutter nowadays and more context sensitive tools\shortcuts. I applaud the initiative of this project and will keep a close watch on it :D
Still a big fan of Blender's UV tools. Also seeing more people pimping Zbrush's UVmaster, at least for generating the initial uv islands and then tweaking them elsewhere.
