Probably adding in a few extra materials for unique buildings won't make a noticeable difference. If you can reuse something and it doesn't look like you are reusing stuff -- sure why not? I just hope the experience is as good as people say it is when they said it improved drastically. I got a chance to take the Oculus Dev Kit 1 home from work for a few days and that made me sooooo sick after trying out half-life 2 and minecraft for a few hours.
