Need a 2D Character Concept artist!

Hey guys,
My name is vandre.
January, 3 people got together to create a game we call Upshot. The plan is to release on Steam and Next Gen console. The game is a Toggle 3rd person/FPS survival shooter. A mix of Fortnite and Minecraft if I had to try create an image in you brains.
Anyway we need a 2D Character Artist to try bring our narrative to life so that the 3D team can take it through production and get it ready for the engine.
It's a lot to ask and we will be so greatful for the help, as 3D artists we don't spend too much time on drawing, therefore our drawings being terrible to say the least.
We only need you to create the characters main poses and then a model sheet(turn around). Maybe help us with some loading screen art.
