Oh wow this is going to get creative fast - since you have to think for alternative uses for day-to-day objects and materials to fit into the theme/setting you've got going on. Should prove to be filled with out-of-the-box thinking - looks good so far! -

I think the fact that your thinking creatively about it is fantastic. Try the tire tracks, they could make it feel lived in, and if they don't work well then on to something else :-). As for the parallax subtly so it affects the silhouette but doesn't take over the material. Look forward to the updates. -

I really don't like that one guy has strong creative control over both Star Trek and Star Wars, but oh well. I think he'll/they'll do a good job. He's probably a better fit for Star Wars to begin with. -

My last reply was in March of 2017, which is about a year ago. The toolset supports 2017 and 2018 now. Another cause for this issue would be an unverified install of Photoshop. Is your install sourced from the Creative Cloud application or from a third-party vendor? -

Down time and travel are essential, IMO, to keeping your creative battery charged. It's not just a matter of seeing things - it's smelling the air, interacting with the people, eating the food, etc. Cultural experiences are invaluable for an artist. successful troll is successful. Nobody is that over the top ridiculous. I recognize the aspects parodied here, we've all seen those. But never all at once at this level. I declare this is a troll4ge of epic proportions. Some people waste their time in awesome creative ways. -
Re: 3D in games. Do you see faults when you play?
I love to break down the creative process and see how environments are made. A lot of the time this reveals new techniques I haven't thought about, as well as the flaws. One thing I do notice that bugs me is ugly changes in texel denisty.
