PBR grass vs asphalt albedo/base color value?
Does anyone know why basically any base color/albedo gude says asphalts including old/worn ones base color should be darker than any random grass/ foliage albedo and yet I see it every day that a grass is usually darker through a day until late afternoon at least toward the sun only where we se lots of grass translucency/… -

Fibermesh on its own never gave good results IMO. Perhaps it's a quick fix for those who don't want to or can't get their model out of Zbrush but it lacks so much control over every aspect of a hairstyle. Does anyone know why ACES in Substance look so contrast and over-saturated ?
While in any offline render it's subtle . I load ACES 1.1 config.ocio in Blender, set all materials to use utility- sRGB texture , HDRI background to linear sRGB and see nothing especially contrast or darker in midtones.
