Stack the UV's on top of each other. You'll need to have enough polygon subdivisions to do this. But it shouldn't be too hard.

Is your mesh triangulated? Sometimes if you forget to triangulate it can push the verts out weird where you have a quad or polygon.

Or crossplanes and view won't matter so much, twice the polygon count for them as a single strip obviously. Nice progress so far.

Fantastic work! What's the polygon budget for these next gen titles? From the Ryse presentation, I heard that it was around 150,000 tris :O

Your characters need more polygons, imo. You're allowed to use more than 100 triangles per leg nowdays :P

The rear wheel passes through the stone beneath, and two nearby bricks interpenetrate. The cannon balls could use some additional polygons.
