One quick thing I would do here is blend/mix the two grass types together more where they meet at the shoreline. Right now the transition from green to brown seems too sharp. Remember, references are your friend! -

First two full Substance materials, made without tutorials! Really pleased with the wood - the dirt can be controlled to make it as dirty or as clean as needed. Absolutely loving the process! (and staring at walls too long to work out how to make them)
