Looking for additional character modelers to work alongside existing designers who can style match the examples. As well as individuals well versed in editing existing models. Currently, we operate in Blender and use the Unity engine. Our motion capture is done via Xsens. Familiarity with Blender required and Unity is…
Does anyone have any resources on how edge loops should look when smoothened? I always see these kind of weird edge loops when doing SubD modeling, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that, so where can I learn what topology is normal when doing SubD? edit: Here is another image of the model from the front,…
Hey everyone, hope you’ve been doing great! We’ve just built a small demo of our new platform — it lets you generate full character animations directly from a storyboard, text, or video input. get some advice. I am in Substance painter right now using a neutral lighting
set up… I eventually plan on bringing this in Unreal and giving it a warm sun lit lighting
through the window.
I am modeling a house, and the side wall measures over 4 meters in length using trims for texturing. I was curious if that is acceptable for a modular set, or if there is a maximum length requirement for games? I'm simply creating an exterior for a student project.
On Thursday, my account was banned. Turns out it was my fault all along. Over time, I have added IP range bans for various spammers. Then my work VPN switched over to use an IP within one of those ranges. Lol, nice. Thanks cheeseplus for bailing me out. Lesson learnt? Guess we'll see.
